Who we are
This digital matchday programme is operated by the club shown in the programme footer (the “Club”).

What data we collect
Sponsor engagement data — when you view or tap a sponsor advert, we record an anonymous interaction (the advert viewed or tapped, the match edition, and the type of interaction: view or tap). This is only collected if you accept cookies.
Account data — if you are an authorised admin user, your email address and login details are stored to give you access to the admin dashboard.
Technical data — standard server logs may include your IP address and browser type. This is used only for security and keeping the service running.
Why we collect it and the legal basis
Sponsor engagement data is collected on the basis of consent so we can report impression and click-through numbers back to sponsors who fund the programme. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Account data is processed on the basis of a contract with the Club, to provide you with admin access.
Technical data is processed on the basis of the Club's legitimate interest in security and service reliability.
Cookies
When you first visit the programme, a cookie consent banner appears. You can choose to accept or reject sponsor tracking.
If you reject, no sponsor engagement data is collected and no tracking cookies are set.
If you accept, a preference is stored in your browser (via localStorage) so we remember your choice. You can change your mind at any time by clearing your browser storage or contacting the Club.
Essential cookies needed for the website to function and for admin authentication are always active and are not affected by your consent choice.
How long we keep data
Sponsor engagement data is kept for the duration of a match season and then may be aggregated or deleted.
Admin account data is kept for as long as you remain an authorised user of the Club.
Your cookie consent preference is stored in your own browser until you clear it.
Who we share data with
Sponsor engagement data may be shared with individual sponsors so they can see how their advert performed. This is aggregate, anonymous data — it does not identify you personally.
We do not sell your data to anyone.
The Club's service providers (including the hosting platform) may process data on the Club's behalf under appropriate data-processing agreements.
Your rights under UK GDPR
You have the right to: be informed about how your data is used; access the data we hold about you; rectify inaccurate data; erase your data; restrict or object to processing; and data portability.
Because sponsor engagement data is anonymous, it cannot be tied back to you individually. For admin account data, contact the Club to exercise any of these rights.
If you are unhappy with how your data is handled, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
Children
This programme is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
